Yesterday afternoon we went to our friends, the Lewis', for dinner. We had such a wonderful time and the dinner Helen made was delicious. The girls tried peach pie for the first time and now they love it.
The Lewis children, Shannon, Brahms and Miriam were so sweet and patient with the girls. They had bubbles ready for some after dinner fun. They played with them the entire time we were there and made the girls feel very special.
They have a beautiful and very peaceful yard. The girls loved swinging in the hammocks, running around looking at the flowers and eating strawberries from their garden.
I really enjoyed our time there and getting to know them a little better. We're no easy bunch to have over for dinner and they were just so welcoming and relaxed. I could hardly get the girls into the truck at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave the Lewis home. :)
