This morning Caroline asked me if I thought she looked different. She was looking in the mirror and was certain there was a difference. She wore her special birthday outfit and was beaming all day long. We spent a very special quiet time looking through her first year of photos and I retold every little detail. That was my favorite part of the day. She loves the fact that she was born in Colorado and that it snowed on the day she was born. I don't really know how 5 years could have passed that quickly.
Later in the day we went to the Stations of The Cross at church. Caroline insisted that she was big enough now to push the babies in the stroller, even up the hills. She told everyone that greeted us that she was now 5 years old!

Ohmygosh! I love this picture and story. I think she looks waaaayyy different than she did when she was four! :) Way cuter maybe!
