The birthday is lasting quite a few days but we promised Caroline that we'd take her to Chili's for her special day. She had no answer when we asked what present she wanted but she did know that she wanted Macaroni and Cheese on her birthday night and to go to Chili's over the weekend. We used to go to Chili's more often but last time we went we felt awful because an older lady sitting nearby was very disturbed by the babies' noise level. It was pretty normal for a place like Chili's but she made a dramatic exit because of them so we've since felt a bit self conscious. Anyway, we did go to Chili's and since Grandma was in town for a visit, she came too. We ended up getting Caroline a new bike helmet for her birthday and she said that it was exactly what she wanted this year :)
note: Same outfit, different day. She just had to wear it again.
