I can't believe it's even taken me this long to mention my addiction. While it was really fun celebrating my birthday with Ken and the girls yesterday, it was also fun receiving birthday greetings from old friends on facebook. I loved hearing my email ding throughout the day. I felt blessed to have grown up with a good group of kids that now, after 20 or 30 years are still so easy to reconnect with. I have to admit, I'm always a little nervous when I get the message that someone has tagged me in a photo....like the 80's Alpha Phi pictures that Kris posted today. Yikes!Reuniting with old friends has been such an exciting, wonderful and even healing experience. I waste a little too much time with facebook nowadays but I just figure that it's my playgroup.
