Calista started her piano lessons again today. She had a few months off and really missed it so today was very exciting for her. It was the best part of her day...school being the worst. She said that she spent both recesses in the bathroom because she was afraid to go on the playground. She is my sensitive girl and takes things very personally. We've been dealing with the 'mean girls' issue all year and she's spent many nights crying about going to school the next day. I really want to pull her out and either have her do independent study or homeschool her but we also want to help her work through it. Sometimes I feel like we're feeding her to the wolves, daily, so she can work through it. Doesn't make sense to me really.
