Tuesday, June 7th: It's always a fun day when a trip to Target is in the plan. The girls had a gift card from Target and they chose the Barbie Bride and Ariel. Caroline is saving her gift card for another doll that she really wants.
Wednesday, July 8th: It's our last day of pet-sitting. Our friends are returning home and coming for their sweet dog. It's been a wonderful experience for all of us and we look forward to having our own someday.
Thursday, June 9th: Caroline wants to be a ballet teacher one day. She has been telling us this for a few years now. She wants to have her own studio and hire Courtney and Claire to teach as well. Lessons have been going well :)
Friday, June 10th: Calista has been at the theater all week, all day long, rehearsing for her upcoming play. The performances started on Saturday and run for a little over one week. She is such a trooper with the long hours. She loves it and I'm sure that's what makes the difference. The cast is amazing and so is her director. We are so proud of you Calista.
Another big even today was the Ironman contest at church. Ken was one of the contestants even though I'm not sure he knew what he was getting himself into. The men had to wear the clothing that their sponsors provided while they competed in ironing, vacuuming and washing windows. This was a fundraiser for the missions trip to Shonto.
'From Orphan to Queen,,,the Story of Esther'
They had 2 performances on Saturday and one on Sunday. What an amazing experience this has been for her (and for us).
