Today was one of my favorite library days. The girls filled their book bags (a little too heavy this time) and then we sat at a table and just read together. I didn't have to chase anyone around nor worry about their outside voices. Courtney and Claire checked out and handled all of their own books too. I think they're growing up a little :)
Hi, I came across your blog by accident. I was looking for Green Turtle craft. You are doing an amazing job home schooling. I am a teacher, a Christian and I live in Australia. The girls are loving learning- what more could you ask for...
You know, we can't go to the library right now just me and all four kids. It's too hard. I go with the oldest two, or go alone and just pick up requests. I know one day--too soon--I'll be in your shoes, going with all four not worrying, not chasing, but then, will I want that:)? Sigh....it's one of those days here:).
