Day 81 - our home and school

It still amazes me sometimes that we're homeschooling.  Our house barely looks like a real house anymore. The first room you see when you walk in is the school room (previously the living room).  It looks more like a classroom now.  The china hutch has tins filled with supplies, paper racks and drawers filled with glue sticks, scissors and such.  The china that used to be there is boxed up in the garage.   The big windows overlooking the yard are filled with artwork and the window sill is lined with books.  It's not a typical living room.  I don't decorate with grown up things.  I decorate with their things.  My house will look so much different one day.  I'll get to unpack my tea cups, china and other decorations.  It's actually not something I'm looking forward to.  I appreciate this stage so much and love the way it looks in our house.
