Ken has a run ministry he's involved with and it meets 3 days per week. They have been faithful to their commitment and they even run when it's raining. Lately Calista has been running too and I think it's been so good for her. Since the weather was so nice today I thought we'd get out of the house and meet them up at Cornerstone. The girls enjoy running on the grass and absolutely love this see-saw.
