Today was a big day for Ken because USC was playing Ohio. We had a picnic to attend in the afternoon for the homeschool co-op we were joining this year. He wouldn't be able to stay for the whole thing but it was important for us to be there so we stayed without him. It didn't end well....some upset tummies and stinky messes...but still glad we stayed.
This picture was from the picnic. Some of the kids found a dead snake so they decided to have a memorial service for it. I wish I could have captured what they wrote on the tombstone. It was pretty sweet (and gross).
