Day 166 - the dr. pitts blocks

I have so many pictures with these blocks but I thought I should document the amount of time Courtney and Claire spend playing with them.  At first, someone always had to build the stairs for them.  They'd run off and  get their people from the dollhouse and immerse themselves in their block home.  They play out different events the family goes through and it's really fun to eavesdrop.  Now they build their own stairs, meet at the top to dance like ballerinas and find little places to make bedrooms.  Calista and Caroline join the fun sometimes but Courtney and Claire do this several times a day. 

We call these the Dr. Pitts blocks because when Caroline was this age she always played with them at Dr. Pitt's office.  Caroline was in there SO often with ear infections.  :(  At 18 months we got Caroline her own set.
