Ken has been working on the bunk beds for a while now. It took more time than anticipated to paint but they definitely turned out even better than we imagined. We purchased them from a twin mom in my group for $50. The set was brown originally and even a little beat up but Ken made it look fabulous. He brought it in and set it up last night and aside from the drama of a big huge spider that crawled out, it was really exciting. The girls were so giddy and overjoyed that it took them hours to fall asleep. There are a few more pieces of furniture to paint but this was the important one!
